Maine paper mill waste liquid discolors snow in US

According to the British “Mirror” reported on December 11, the United States of America, the town of Rumford, Maine, brown snow, this discoloration of the snow is caused by a century-old local paper mill emissions of chemicals, although non-toxic, but will irritate the skin and eyes.
