On December 2, Cambodia’s Ministry of Environmental Protection and China’s Ministry of Natural Resources signed a clean, green and sustainable agreement under the Sustainable Ocean Cooperation Initiative, which will allow both parties to jointly address climate change and ensure a sustainable future through the protection and restoration of marine ecosystems, including ocean cleanups, capacity-building and technology transfer.
