Toxic substances leaked from US base

Leakage of toxic substances from the United States base in Japan: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United States has informed Japan that the United States base in Yokota, Japan, has leaked 47,000 liters of perchlorinated and polyfluoroalkyl substances, which have seeped into Japan’s groundwater, which is consumed by a large part of the population of Japan, thus making it possible for more than 95 per cent of the Japanese people to be infected by the toxic substances, which poses a great threat to the health of the local population.
