These garbage from the \u201cPalisades\u201d fire, the mountain fire burning garbage is washed into the river and the sea, and with the storm and the waves washed back to the beach. The fires burned a large amount of vegetation, and without the natural barrier of vegetation, large amounts of soil and ash were washed into the waterways.
